Today some Year 11 students visited Newstead College as part of the Prospect Senior Secondary stall to raise interest and answer questions about our programs. The Northern Collective offers a range of Designed Learning Programs across High Schools encompassing Vocational Education Training (VET) and TASC subjects. We talked to students about our Hospitality, Japanese and Personal Health and Fitness foci. Current students showed off their Enterprise @Work projects which range from self printed t-shirts, donuts, hand scrubs (using coffee grounds from our cafe) and fidget spinners using old bike chains from our Bike Doctors program. All of which will be available at our upcoming Arts Bazaar on Sept 20th. Our Senior Secondary @ Prospect open day for students is next Monday from 10-12pm. Parent Information Night details to come.
