Valkommen! On Wednesday HY Foods visited Sweden in our lunchtime enjoying a smorgasbord of traditional and street food. The most popular dishes were turnbrodsrulle (Frankfurt, mash and gherkins in a wrap) and of course waffles. Shane Steer bought in a freshly caught trout and we cured it gravadlax style- yum! The food looked amazing and I was proud of the class for trying new things in a creative and collaborative way!
