Today a range of Grade 9-12 Hospitality and Catering students visited TAFE Drysdale as part of the Tasmanian Hospitality Association Industry Showcase. Each group got to learn and experience a task in the areas of front of house, back of house, bar (mocktails) and barista. The students learnt about the different trainer experiences and also were able to ask questions about TAFE courses and apprenticeships.

It was a wonderful hands-on experience which was enjoyed by all and I was really impressed with the student’s behaviour and attention.
