Half Year Food Class
Our Half Year Food by Design class have recently enjoyed preparing and eating an array of recipes using different Basic Methods of Cookery – from poaching to baking and pressure cooking. There have been some delicious looking dishes using a wide range of skills. Students are also excited to be able to use the café to eat their creations and I enjoy watching the interactions and listening to the conversation that happens over a shared meal.
