Week 4 has been performance week in Grade 7 Drama for 7.3 and 7.4. Students have been working since the beginning of term to develop a scene from script to performance. They began by using Close Reading to discover story, characters and subtext, and then experimented to find ways to bring their scene to life. They conveyed information through verbal and non-verbal communication, technical elements such as lighting and sound, as well as selecting costume and building set to create atmosphere and engage an audience. They rose to the challenge and created some really fun and engaging scenes. Fantastic!      Mrs Viney
