In 2022 The Nest Café has expanded to include a nationally recognised Cert I HOSPITALITY  (Year 11)  in addition to the successful TIER Barista Basics Program and 8,9,10 Catering subjects.

This inclusive space provides students with an authentic training environment to learn about the Hospitality industry particularly catering, customer service and barista skills using our LCC registered kitchen and commercial espresso machine.

When COVID measures relax we aim to invite PHS community members to come and enjoy our space also.  Watch this space for further information.

We have been training in preparation for an expanded range of offerings as the year progresses. Each newsletter we will provide a café news update.
