9/10 Half Year Foods

Yesterday, the class prepared bagels as part of their Cultural Connections unit this term. We utilised a tried and true recipe - using the traditional boiling method to ensure maximum chewiness. The students enjoyed the experience and learned a little more about the Jewish Community and food traditions of this religion.

9/10 Catering

Last Wednesday the 9/10 Catering class provided refreshments for all the Year 6 transition teachers as they worked out the new PHS classes for 2022. We prepared and served sandwiches, fresh fruit, and sausage rolls as well as quiches and sweet treats.

Class members Sophie and Fahimah made café drinks for all and did an amazing job. Thank you
