We're heading into decision time for all our Year 10 students. Next Friday, 12th November, both Launceston College and Newstead College course counsellors will be coming to PHS to sit with students and enrol them in their chosen courses for 2022. 

Year 10 teachers and Years 11 and 12 teachers will be available to accompany students to their enrolment talk if a parent/guardian is unable to attend and/or if students wish. 

The Education Act dictates that all students, who are under the age of 18 years, must be enrolled in full-time education. An exemption may be granted if a student has obtained full-time employment and/or has an apprenticeship/traineeship which includes training by an approved RTO. Students, who intend and/or are hoping to obtain an apprenticeship and/or find employment, MUST enrol in Year 11 until such time as an exemption is granted.
