On Tuesday 31^st of August, Dante Fitzgerald from 7-5 Science entered a project that he has been working on in Tier 2 Science into the University of Tasmania Science Investigation Awards. His project focused on the “5 second rule” and was entered into the secondary health category. Many schools attended, and Dante presented to numerous rounds of judges. At the end of the day, he was advised he had been successful in winning a prize. Dante then attended an awards ceremony at the University of Tasmania on Wednesday evening where he was presented with a ‘Highly Commended’ certificate and prize book.

Congratulations to Dante on all of his efforts towards this project and for representing Prospect High School so well. What a great experience to be a part of.
