Working Wonders

Grade 7

7-5 are learning about forces in Science. We have been experimenting with forces required to move objects. In class, we made marshmallow blasters to determine how the mass of a projectile affects the horizontal distance it travels.

We are now able to identify forces, and how forces affect objects around us. We can also describe what kind of force is acting on an object.

We will continue to focus on these concepts until the end of term. We are really enjoying learning through the practical side of Science. It makes a big difference to our understanding.
