Wednesday afternoon a grade 5/6 class from Summerdale came to visit the school to use the Science equipment to complete a STEM bridge building challenge. The students involved were excited by being able to visit and use the Science classroom. They used our 50gram to 1kilogram weights to test a variety of bridge designs and prototypes. A fantastic and inventive opportunity involving Science, Maths, Engineering, and Design skills. Thank you to Emma Heynes and Ryan Lee for organising the activity and accompanying the class.
