Foods and Catering
Our Half Year Foods students enjoyed their last class in Week 1 as winter sports resumes for Term 2 and 3, 2021. We made our own puff pastry and used this in our homemade sausage rolls. As always with this class, we maximised our presentation and the results were amazing. I look forward to having this class again in Term 4 so that we can continue our technique and presentation journey.
