In weeks 3 and 4, we really kicked off our Catering classes in Grade 9/10 and in Half Year Catering in Year 8.

We catered for morning and afternoon teas with the senior classes preparing delicious treats for our Grade 7 and 8 Validation Form class winners and also for a Library Support Staff pick me up on Tuesday afternoon.

In Half Year Catering Grade 8 we commenced our Thursday lunchtime take away with students preparing healthy nachos and a summer strawberry and watermelon slushie. We sold out early and will make sure we boost our efforts next week for the milkshakes and jacket potatoes on offer! BIG thanks to Chance Ebery and William Jennings for giving up their lunch hour to serve our customers ?

All classes showed great attention to detail and presentation skills are improving. We look forward to catering for more functions as the year progresses!
