Administration - 2021 Opening Hours
The school office will open from 8:30am to 3:30pm from Wednesday 20th January 2021 (closed Tuesday 26th January, Australia Day Holiday).
2021 uniform sales - The school’s uniform shop is in the administration area. Uniform orders or purchases for 2021 can be made 8:30am – 3:00pm after 20th January 2021. The preferred option for purchase and payment of uniform items is via the Qkr app. Items will then be packed for collection from the administration office.
If you would prefer to purchase uniform onsite during the period 20th January and 3rd February, please call the school office to make an appointment on 6344 4744 (appointments are essential).
Prospect High School is committed to adhering to the most up to date information from the Department of Health Tasmania and will be guided by this to ensure gathering numbers and physical distancing is imposed.
2021 student stationery - In 2021 all students will receive their stationery pack on the first day of school (3rd February 2021) from their Pastoral Care teacher and not collected from the school. Students will not be issued with stationery prior to this date.
2021 Levies – Ratified by School Association on 27th October 2020.

- Grades 7 and 8: $550.00 - refer to the Parent and Student Information Guide
- Grades 9 to 12: $575.00
- Prospect High School Association Contribution: In lieu of fundraising activities, the school encourages parents to participate via a voluntary contribution.
2021 levy payment - Accounts will be posted home late January 2021 with preferred payment via BPAY through your bank or financial institution to the Department of Education (BPAY code and reference number for payments are on your invoice). Other payment methods are over-the-phone credit transactions, CentrePay, Service Tasmania, either in-store or via their website (refer to your invoice for details), or in person at the school by cash, credit card, cheque.
Difficulty paying?
Please don’t hesitate to contact the School’s Business Manager to discuss payment plan options which include Centrepay. A payment plan request form can be emailed or posted on request.
Student Assistance Scheme (STAS) – Families who are supported via STAS will not be invoiced for levies. Parents holding a Health Care card, Low Income Health Care card, or Pensioner Concession card are eligible for STAS for their children. Please contact the school should you require an application form.
